Work Sample: NYC Digital, Housing Portal (2018)

As part of Mayor de Blasio’s LongLive NY campaign, City Hall tasked NYC Digital and the Department of Housing and Preservation with creating a single online stop for New Yorkers seeking information on affordable housing. Working on an accelerated timeline, we completed research, strategy, design, and testing in time to match the launch of the campaign.

Our work was included in Mayor de Blasio’s announcement about the administration’s record-breaking number of newly financed affordable homes. Miguel Gamiño Jr., NYC’s then-CTO, stated: “New York City’s new Housing Portal is an example of important work that is accomplished when the community voice leads and our talented digital team partners with agencies to respond. This is how we use digital tools to help make our City the fairest in America.”
