Writing Sample: NYC Digital, Digital Blueprint (2018)

The NYC Digital Blueprint was a knowledge base for City workers who design, build, or interact with New Yorker-facing digital products. I spearheaded the project, led content content strategy, and wrote and/or edited all the text on the website. I also managed collaborations between our design and development teams, and co-led design strategy, research, and user outreach.
